I made some karedok the other day, it is a lil bit like pecel but the ingredients are all fresh. Then I thought why not make peyek kacang as well? I have tried this combination a lot especially during the time I lived in Jakarta and ate pecel pincuk near Kalibata. The sweet and soft pecel sauces and veggies meet the crunchy peyek, it just a perfect combination of bites after bites.
