Sambal dabu-dabu

Hi everyone, wish you have a good weekend. This time I would like to introduce sambal dabu-dabu, originally this one is from Manado. It's a good condiment for grilled or fried fish. Bon appetit!



Ingredients:

2 shallots; chopped thinly
1 big tomatoes; chopped in thin square
3 thai green chilles (cabe rawit); sliced thinly
lime juice (half a lime)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs vegetable heated vegetable oil/ olive oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add the salt.
